Spooky Town: Halloween in Mannford
It’s that time!! 
Remember the orange schedule from last year??
This year we bring you Mannford’s First Annual “Spooky Town”!! 
“Calling all ghouls and boys for a spooky skele-bration”
The blank schedule is ready to be filled with all of the amazing fall events and activities our community will have this year through the month of October.
Businesses, organizations, churches, neighborhoods and the central town area have events, trick or treating, and a “Haunt your House” decoration contest.
What we need:
The date, time, location, name of event if applicable (i.e. Costume Party, Fall Social, Trunk or Treat, etc), and a flier for your event showing that information plus any additional information (i.e entry fees, vendor information, different activities offered, etc).
We will publish it just like last year, as an album with the master schedule in the front and all event fliers according to date following. This helps ensure all information is in one spot so we can enjoy spooky season to its fullest!
Schedule:
Aug 1st- Planning begins!! Last year we started the planning process a little later and it was really stressful for a lot of people so we're starting earlier this year to give plenty of time for everyone to plan and prepare! We will starting by making contact with neighborhood leads for dates. (We will be reaching out to our contacts from last year for Rock Creek Canyon, Park View and Pelican Point.), and we will being placing notices on social media that we are accepting info for Halloween events across the Mannford community!
Sept 15th- Preliminary schedule created and ready. Dates due from neighborhoods.
Sept 30- Final call for submissions is 5:00 pm
Oct 1st- Spooky Town calendar is officially closed and will be posted.
Haunt Your House entries opened!!
Oct 25th- Haunt Your House entries closed by 5:00 pm and map published for the “tour of houses” to encourage publicity of the town and those who have entered.
Oct 29-30- Haunt Your House judging
Oct 31st- Haunt Your House results and photos of the winners’ displays published on social media.
